Our unique program provides comprehensive, holistic training to support families on their birthing journey.

Gain in-depth knowledge in pregnancy and birth massage to help alleviate pain, fear, and stress, as well as support natural labor induction when needed. You will also learn reflexology, prenatal and birthing yoga, and the clinical use of essential oils.

Our curriculum integrates traditional Māori birthing knowledge, practical guidance for working alongside midwives in home and hospital settings, water birth support, techniques for creating calm birthing environments, and a clear understanding of clinical hospital procedures.

Course Content

Obtain an international certification as a Qualified Doula through our comprehensive training program.

The training program consists of two blocks, each block runs over 9 consecutive days.

9am-6/7pm daily

To assist participants traveling from afar, we will provide accommodation. Each block covers different topics and is taught by experts in their respective fields, ensuring a comprehensive and enriching experience.

.The entire course comprises 180 in person study hours, followed by a 70-hour internship accompanying two births.

Our educational staff will offer support throughout the internship period.

The cost for each block is $2200.

During the intership period, the Doulas will receive Koha ( Donation )from the family they support.

We offer two intakes per year.

Accommodation: Accommodation in shared rooms / Marea style. Available at the beautiful venue at no extra cost.

Note: It is not mandatory to complete Block 1 and Block 2 within the same intake.

You may take them separately in different course intakes, as long as both are completed within 12 months.
