Postpartum Doula

We invite you to grow and develop your skills with us ❤️

Becoming a Postpartum Doula is not only a profession—it is a mission that brings healing and continues to spread further and further.

Our training aims to equip you with extensive knowledge that integrates both spirituality and modern practices.

The postpartum period is described by many parents as a very challenging time. Modern life does not prepare mothers and their families for the days after birth, and a lack of knowledge—often combined with limited support—can make this period difficult and exhausting.

Many challenges arise after birth, and this is where a Postpartum Doula is there to help.

A Postpartum Doula provides guidance, support, and practical tools on physical, emotional, and mental levels.

Topics you will learn to support include:

  • Pelvic floor recovery after birth

  • C-section scar healing: specialised massage to heal scar tissue damage

  • Strengthening the woman’s body after childbirth

  • Guideness and therapy for releasing excess weight and fluid from childbirth: specialised lymphatic drainage techniques.

  • Nutrition for breastfeeding

  • Processing birth trauma

Physical care for babies:

  • Gas discomfort

  • Breastfeeding support

  • Bathing

  • Nappy care

  • Jaundice/ atopic dermatitis/ eyes infection and other babies common symptoms

  • Baby carriers

  • Creating a safe home environment

  • CPR for newborns

Family support:

  • Supporting the partner and extended family

  • Household care

Ideally, a woman would be supported by a professional Doula throughout her pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. For some, it is not possible to commit to supporting the birth itself—but you will have the privilege of guiding her and being that caring, objective, and knowledgeable “wise sister” during the postpartum period.

I had the most beautiful time learning with Belle in the Doula Training. If you are curious to follow this way, I truly recommend her Doula Course. I felt supported, seen, trusted, and guided in an empowered and fruitful way. This course was also a deep transformation of self and through the need to care deeply and hold space for another, we are required to bring full presence and connection to ourselves. This is an amazing learning experience and a wonderful life experience. ❤️ thank you Belle.
