Where water meets water,
gentle movement creates space for the baby to move and turn naturally, while providing a loving and supportive experience for the mother.
During this training, we will focus on the element of water and explore how both the mother’s body and the baby’s body — which are largely composed of water — can find balance, alignment, and healing in a calm aquatic environment.
When a pregnant woman discovers that her baby is not in the optimal position around 32 weeks of pregnancy, we advise not waiting until the last moment. Instead, she can come into the water to receive this gentle treatment, which encourages the baby to turn naturally without external intervention. This can help reduce the likelihood of C-section, complications, and trauma for both mother and baby.
This therapy has shown high success rates in supporting babies to turn and improving the overall quality and vitality of labour and beyond.
